Xavier Dedoroff is the former Minister of Government Affairs for the Trade Federation. The Trade Federation was Xavier's first and only faction and therefore he had undying loyalty and support. He was both a figure of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and of intergalactic politics, as he also held the position of Director of External Affairs.
