The UCGR8 features a basswood body bolted to a maple neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with dot position markers. Components include two DiMarzio-made IBZ/USA humbucking pickups at the bridge and neck flanking an IBZ/USA single-coil, an Edge double locking tremolo bridge, a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The image on this guitar, entitled "Unraveled Consciousness", features a human face shape formed by a twirling ribbon against a cloud background. It was handpainted and signed by Pamelina H.
