Russ worked alongside Venchenzo Zerbino, as his Co-Owner but started to gain and loose respect along the road. A year later, Russ & Venchenzo set their differences and left, splitting a road into two companies, the Zerbino Family, and the Tyles & Co. When Venchenzo left, Russ thought he had room to rise above, but his company has gone on many ups and downs in their work.
