Wand of Woh is a Legendary Wand for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. When equipped, it will cause each cast of Explosive Blast to release four blasts at no extra Arcane Power cost, with short intervals. If a Chain Reaction rune is selected, the explosion will occur 12 times in succession. As of patch 2.4, it has 5 Primary affixes.
