Catwoman is now working for the American taxpayer. She is sent off the coast of the French Riviera to steal the crown of the Swan King from the heir to the no longer existent throne of Transbelvia. Reason is, the United States is trying to normalize relations with Transbelvia and the return of the crown would mean making at least one friend in the former eastern block.
