Dingus McDoohey is a character who appears in the Season 9 episode "Hefty Sees A Serpent". He was the eldest of three local Scottish villagers who continually made fun of Angus McGarg's claim of seeing a sea monster within the lake that they did their fishing in. Besides laughing at Angus McGarg about the sea monster, he and the villagers also laughed at Angus' claim that he saw some blue tiny creatures (Smurfs) and had tried to catch them.
