The Garo VII system was an inhabited planetary system. Pandro, a planet in this system, was the homeworld for the Pandronians, a warp-capable species. Prior to stardate 7403, the system was discovered by the Federation. (TAS: "Bem") This system was only mentioned in dialogue.
