This language is primarily used by Demarians. A superb speaker and/or writer in a language is completely fluent in it, while lesser degrees of understanding leads to lesser degrees of fluency. Everyone is strongly recommended to be Superb in their native language and/or Terran Standard. Players who develop no language skills will have to live with the fact that their language skills will be like those of an infant.
