The Elasi are a humanoid species native to the planet Menalvagor, located in Elasi Prime star system. They were named a class 1 threat to the Federation. Starfleet tactical analysis characterize them as daring, impulsive, skilled in analysis and planning and finally very capable of acting in an unorthodox and surprising manner when their plans change.
