Hamilton Cho is a student at Neptune High. He was in the running against Sabrina Fuller for the Kane Scholarship. When Sabrina hires Veronica to investigate who had been harassing her, they are lead to Hamilton's father, James Cho. Sabrina's mother files charges against him, but offers to let it go if Hamilton drops out of the race for the Scholarship. He does so to save his father from the charges.
