In Episode Five "The Destroying Ray" in "Flash Gordon", Resisto-Force was a mechanism on Prince Barin's rocketship whereby he and his crew of Flash Gordon, Princess Aura and Doctor Zarkov were able to negate the effects of the Melting ray of Vultan's Sky City. After the Resisto force was eventually depleted, the ship was damaged and began a deadly descent to the surface.
