Jorus C'baoth was a male Human who served as Jedi Master to the Jedi Order. During his mission inside the Outbound Flight, he fell to the dark side of the Force when he attempted to kill Thrawn. However, it was too late for him to take his vengeance when the Chiss radiation bomb exploded inside of Outbound Flight. After his death, Palpatine had a blood sample of Jorus' DNA, and created an insane clone named Joruus C'baoth to serve him. Years later during the New Jedi Order, Jorus was resurrected by the Prophets of the Dark Side during the formation of the Dark Jedi Empire.
