An Ice Patch is a patch of ice that appear in the mini-game Sled Racing and the mobile app, Sled Racer. The Ice Patch can help a penguin playing Sled Racing or Sled Racer to temporarily speed up, but it is more dangerous as the player can easily crash with obstacles up front. All the sled runs in Sled Racing (except the Test Run) have at least one Ice Patch. It is also mentioned in The Inventor's Apprentice.
