The Motorcycle Grand Prix is coming to Amity, and Danny's pretty stoked to go and see...and so is Johnny 13. He plans on entering the race and winning by any means necessary. His dedication to the race infuriates Kitty to no end, and she's headed to Amity as well to get her revenge and stop him from winning...no matter who else gets hurt in the process. Now not only must Danny protect the racers from Johnny on the field and Kitty off the field, but one of the racers is Valerie Gray, who thinks Phantom's the one causing the havoc.
