As you may remember, Khari Mosley stepped down from his position as State Director last summer. Nish Suvarnakar, previously our Field Director, stepped up to take his place and hold down the fort while our Search Committee sought out across the country for the best grassroots-organizing and politically-strategizing young talent out there. Ms. Rincon stood out as the right candidate because of her experience and commitment to grass roots organizing. Her background includes political campaigns and field organizing for advocacy groups.
