An Annual Report is a document prepared and presented by an incorporated public limited company. The report includes the financial statements of the company along with many other documents like the Chairman's report, Mission and Vision Statements, major activities of the company during the preceding year and the plans for the coming year. The report is to be certified by accredited accountants.
