Once a Ranger is a special team-up episode in Super Megaforce involving Power Rangers from five different generations (collectively known as the Retro or Veteran Rangers) assisting the Megarangers in defeating a new threat: Throax and Verax, the sons of Lady Morticia and Vita, old enemies of former Thunderstorm Blue Ranger and the Megarangers' mentor, Drew Hale. The title of the episode is a reference to the long-standing phrase "Once a Ranger, always a Ranger." The episode also commemorates the 12th Anniversary of the Power Rangers franchise.
