Cormerr is a planet near to Eden-IV. Its colonization had not been interrupted, so, unlike Eden-IV, it is occupied by a single nation. The cormerran military, which acts as a mercenary force that can be hired by any planet that can afford to pay, took part in the operations against Eden-IV during the Psion War. Though it's technology is easily dwarfed by Magera and the technology of the human homeworld, Terra, the Cormerran firepower easily overpowered the young colony of Eden-IV.
