The user first performs the several handseals, before extending their shadow to underneath the opponents. Once the shadow is effectively underneath, the user creates a vortex from the extended shadow, causing the opponents to be sucked in. If not the opponent is not quick enough, the shadows consume them, before receding back their normal length, leaving no trace of the opponent's existence. Tamashi, the wolf of the shadows, claims to have taught this technique to the Nara Clan, after they begged him to let them in on his secret, as such, he says that this technique is his skill originally.
