When SpongeBob and Patrick visit Sandy's house they she she built a rocket,when the two go to sleep Patrick gets out of bed and uses Sandy's rocket to see dry land but Patrick's plan fails and ends up in outer space to a planet called C45214 when Patrick lands on the planet he falls into the city's ocean and meets new friends. Note:Although SpongeBob episodes are still being made it is unknown when Planet Patrick would happen.
