All the employee's of Dunder-Miflin Scranton who had been invited down to help out with the store were given a Pyramid and an arrowhead phone for use. Jim later calls Pam however using his regular phone and a blogger took a picture of it planning to post it on his "Fail Blog". Nellie Bertram and Dwight Schrute later berate Jim for this and force Jim to give the Pyramid and the phone back. According to Nellie the phone is better than the average phone because the phone fits well into one's hand when it is shaped like a triangle.
