It's some of Hikutsu-P's known works, the others being "Mask of Hannya", "Nandaka tottemo! Ii kanji!", and "Hello World". It's mentioned in Hikutsu-P's video description that he wanted to compose a song with an odd tension as the background of the lyrics.
