Devaluation of Capital Income was a computer file created by Quark in 2371. That year, Quark brought a charge against D'Ghor's alleging he had conducted a systematic assault against the assets of House of Kozak before Chancellor Gowron. Proving the charge, Quark had brought financial evidence, which included this file, demonstrating how D'Ghor had used money in bringing down a Great House. Before this file was reviewed, Gowron interrupted the proceedings, for he had grown impatient with the talk of finances, mergers, or currency transactions. (DS9: "The House of Quark")
