Is one of the three unique regions within the Forbidden Lands it is located within the outermost area of the land. Like the name states, within this region it is constantly raining. It is unknown why it is constantly raining in this area, though it is assumed that this provides nutrients to the rest of the lands. The dangers within this region of the lands aside from the constant rain are the unique insects that live and thrive in the water.
