Flanker is a tall assassin and thief who plies his deadly trade in the Shamutanti Hills and Kharé in Kakhabad. Dressed in black with his face veiled, Flanker picks on unsuspecting wayfarers "for combat practice". He fights with a scimitar (skill 8 stamina 6), and although he is a ruthless killer he can be ingratiating and friendly to those who have bested him. Flanker claims to be a friend of Lortag the Elder in Kharé, and can, from time to time, be seen in such nefarious haunts as The Wayfarer's Rest and the Gambling Halls of Vlada in the city.
