FCOL is an antonym of LOI, for concise expression of outrage without asterisks. Unlike LOL, one need not actually weep audibly in order to express FCOL honestly. It's a figure of speech. Although both Tom and Molly frequently use the full phrase in rants, the abbreviation has not been discussed on the show, but is provided here for reference in Buzztown forums and chats.
