Arcane Powder was a reagent used by mages to cast Arcane Brilliance, Dalaran Brilliance, and Ritual of Refreshment. They could be purchased from any reagent vendor for 10File:Silver.png. Following The Shattering, Arcane Brilliance and Dalaran Brilliance no longer needed Arcane Powder to cast, and the Ritual of Refreshment lost its need for Arcane Powder when the Mists of Pandaria cleared. Arcane Powder was also a reagent in the Goblin Engineering recipe The Bigger One, but was replaced by Arcane Dust after the mists cleared. Any powder retained can be sold to a vendor as trash.
