Vito D'Ambrosio (born December 29, 1957) is an Italian actor. He portrayed Anthony Bellows in a guest starring role in the first and second seasons of The Flash. D'Ambrosio reprises his role as Anthony Bellows from the 1990 The Flash series. However, in the original series, Bellows was only a police officer, as opposed to the mayor of Central City in the recent series.
