'Black' Mashima is a member of the White Pirates and brother to fellow assassin 'White' Mashima. He is their assassin and is renowned within the crew for his skills with deceipt and disguise. His skills as an assassin are so great that his very existence is unknown to anyone outside his crew, resulting in him having no bounty. Even within the crew, he is known only to the higher ups such as Marcellus and those within the Zodiac Twelve. Black's real name is unknown to the world instead, he opts to use the code name 'Black' much like his brother uses the code name 'White'.
