Captain Wiskitotz (French: Wizskizsek) is a Syldavian Captain-ranked military officer who appears in King Ottokar's Sceptre in The Adventures of Tintin series. He first appears where Tintin arrives at the police station to stop Alfred Alembick to steal the Ottokar Sceptre. It reveals that he is working for the plotters to overthrow King Muskar XII. So he called Trovik and the other conspirators to stop Tintin reaching to Klow and orders them to be executed.
