The fortra bush is a plant native to Cygnet IV. For one day each year, the bush blooms brilliant fortra flowers. When Kahless was on Cygnet IV painting in late 2379, he did not think he had enough colors in his palette to properly do the flowers justice. (TNG novel: A Time for War, A Time for Peace)
