Amilcar Eugenio Simões (b. June 17, 3388, d. August 27, 3481) was a Tukarese politician. He was President of the Democratic Republic of Tukarali from April 3452 to April 3460, and was previously Chancellor from 3436 to 3451. He was the leader of the Tukarese Democratic Union parliamentary party from 3432 to 3451 and President of the Council of the Tukarese Democratic Union from 3436 to 3452. From 3428 to 3432 he was Minister of Foreign Affairs in the cabinet of Adão Machado.
