With the "Show advanced GUI" option, the View Options menu displays a View Protein section. This gallery shows how a section of a protein looks with the different view options. The EnzDes coloring option was used for all examples. Other options selected include "Show bonds (sheet)", "show bonds (helix)", and "Show bondable atoms". The View Sidechains option is "Show all (slow)".
