Kevin Whatley was the son of Starfleet Admiral Charlie Whatley. By 2373, his relationship with his father had deteriorated. After being given clairvoyant abilities by the Prophets, Benjamin Sisko told Charles to "stop worrying about [Kevin]. He forgives you.", much to the elder Whatley's bewilderment. (DS9: "Rapture") This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
