Lok is covered by Sulfur rivers and the people need a freshwater supply so you'll need to help him get that plant up and running again. Phor would love to fix the treatment facility, but the Quatermaster will not give up the Cationic Chemical Coagulant that the Mixing Chamber needs. You are sent on the mission to find it.
