Carl Rice (born 1980 in Liverpool) appeared in Coronation Street in December 2015 as Ian Rigby, a cellmate of Rob Donovan's in Highfield Prison. He began his career as a child actor in adverts and moved on to appearing in the Granada Television series Children's Ward as well as roles in Bread and Brookside. As an adult actor, he has appeared in Monsignor Renard, Always and Everyone, Massive, Scallywagga, Shameless, Holby City, Benidorm, Casualty and as a regular in comedy Trollied.
