Quartinian was a Gallifreyan scribe. He theorised that the Age of the Pythias should be divided into two sections: the Time of Empire, and the Time of Chaos. He also wrote of the return of the Time Scaphe, the Pythia's curse of sterility and Rassilon's rise. (PROSE: Cat's Cradle: Time's Crucible)
