The Cave of Dreams is a secondary quest Geralt undertakes along with Blueboy Lugos and his two close friends similarly mad as him, Uve Jabberjaw and Jorulf the Wolverine. The four men take a concoction of hemlock, poppy, nightshade, and henbane and enter a hallucinogenic place.
