The Halium experimental station was a scientific research facility that was in operation in the mid-23rd century. Magda Kovacs was from this station. (TOS: "Mudd's Women" ) This station was only mentioned in dialogue. This facility wasn't referred to in the final draft script of "Mudd's Women". However, Magda Kovac's home was said to have "ten ladies for every man."
