Arshak II or Arsuk died on 1 AD and ruled the Nimrodid Dynasty and also ruled Iberia from 20 BC to AD 1. According to legends from medieval Georgian annals, he was a descendant of Nimrod and Parnavaz through his father, Mirian II. He was also a member of the Arshakuniani dynasty through his mother. People say Arshak ended up facing return of the exiled P'arnabazid prince Aderki who was the son of Kartam and adopted son of Bratman. There was a battle where Aderki won victory and became a king.
