Toopka is a doneel orphan that Kale rescued and was charged with in Dragonquest Throughout the series, Toopka is growing and maturing, but she never grows older. She finally has her large secret revealed at the end of Dragonlight, the last book. She has a bad tast of fashion for a doneel, and her two guardians are Dar and Kale. Toopka is a very imaginative and flamboyant child, and is loved by everyone.
