In the scrapped Crash Twinsanity sequel, there would have been a medical drama level where enemies wielding needles would attack Crash, as stated in an interview with Keih Webb, a concept artist of Crash Twinsanity. Nothing is known about their appearance, but it is most likely these enemies would have been doctors or surgeons.
