The Watch-Belt is an advanced technological device developed by the Canadian government in the Post-nuclear timeline in an attempt to defend against America's Manhattan-grade technology during the Canadian Initiative. It allows the wearer to control space and time within a limited radius. The most significant Watch-Belt seen in WatchmeX was originally worn by Alberta Clipper, and stolen by Blight-Owl following the Clipper's death. Blight-Owl used the device to send his consciousness, and later his entire body, back in time to 1985.
