Faror Hend was a Tiste Warden of the Outer Reach. She was a lesser member of House Durav and cousin of Spinnock Durav. Faror was the betrothed to Kagamandra Tulas although she did not love him. Instead she was madly infatuated with Spinnock. Faror's mother and father were scholars, who along with her sisters, were killed by Jheleck raiders. Her captain, Finarra Stone, saw a despairing lust for death behind Faror's eyes.
