Spiral Smiles (スパイラルスマイル, Supairarusumairu) are a variety of Heaven Smile in the game Killer7. Despite their name, they are actually giant balls that slowly roll towards players while producing a strange chiming sound. On the ball, there are several faces down the middle. As it rolls, it shows each of them in turn. One of these has a green outline; the player can only kill them by shooting this spot, which will count as a Critical Hit. These enemies can be incredibly useful if you need blood, as the only way you can't get thick blood from them is if you use MASK de Smith on them.
