François McGillicuddy was a Mesan citizen, entrepreneur and politician. He was the grandson of Genevieve McGillicuddy, a member of Mesan high society. In the 1920s PD, he served as a senior board member of Atkinson, McGillicuddy & Shivaprakash, a major transstellar investment firm with branches in many of the Solarian League's core systems. He also served as Mesa's Director of Security.
