Dee Dee Holloway's father is a construction worker, wife of Mrs. Holloway, as well as the father of Dee Dee Holloway. When P.S. 38's sprinkler system broke during the school dance, he was there to help fix it. In the mix, he encountered Nate Wright, Francis Pope, and Teddy Ortiz with his daughter, and explained that P.S. 38 would be closed for an undisclosed time period.
