David "Con Psy" Dallas (born in Manukau City, New Zealand), is a member of New Zealand group, Frontline. He is of Western Samoan and European descent. He attended Papatoetoe High School where after graduating went to Auckland University to gain a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science.
