Obroa-Skaii is the home of the oldest and most extensive neutral knowledge archive in the galaxy. The front of the lingering Second Galactic Civil War forced many Jedi Knights to fight in the Battle of Obroa-Skaii and aid in the evacuation of refugees who were under attack by the Protectorate.
