It was created to help backup and preserve Sludge Vohaul in the case of his untimely demise, and allow for his resurrection. Sludge was backed up on a copy of the missing Leisure Suity Larry 4 disks. It was a Pacoid ship attempting to gobble up bonus points in the Labion Terror Beast level out in space, that discovered the disk (containing Vohaul's virus) amongst the debris of an exploded meteorite. The Pacoids scored few points for the find. The Pacoids rushed to Xenon with the discovery.
